Health Coaching


My own journey into living a healthy lifestyle turned into my passion for wanting to help others do the same. After completing my Health Coach Certification from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, I continued with Certifications in Fitness Nutrition (ISSA), Personal Training (NASM and ISSA), Balanced Body Pilates Reformer, CrossFit L1 and TRX. As an avid IronMan athlete, marathon and trail runner, I wanted to have a well rounded approach to nutrition and fitness. I’ve spent the last 10years continuing my nutrition education with countless hours of seminars, webinars, reviewing medical journals and learning from some of the top Doctors, Cardiologists, Gastroenterologists and Scientists that are leading the way in whole food plant based nutrition and health. This has led to my own transition to a whole food plant based lifestyle. After extensive research, I truly believe that it‘s the most effective way to achieve optimal health. It’s also better for our environment, better for the animals and a positive and compassionate way to live. 

My goal is to create an attainable, realistic and simple approach for people transitioning to a whole food plant based lifestyle.

Wherever you’re at with your journey, I offer different options within my Health Coaching Program. I work closely with my clients to assess exactly what kind of help and support they need to be successful. Some of the services I offer are:

Happy Hour Fitness & Social Club


If you’re in the Las Vegas area, I offer small group classes, Personal Training and Reformer Pilates. 

Our classes are a mix of strength training, metabolic conditioning, HIIT, weightlifting, running and core work. It‘s a fun and supportive environment where all fitness levels are welcome. Classes last about 35-55min with a new workout everyday so you can come as often as you like. Classes are $60/month unlimited. Our class times are:


6am, 7am, 8am, 5pm* 6pm*(excluding Friday evenings)


6am, 7am, 5pm, 6pm

All members are part of the Social Club. We get together outside the gym for travel, hiking, races and local community activities. Having a group of like minded and supportive people is what’s really important when it comes to being successful. Feel free to check us out, first couple of classes are always free.

Full Meal Prep Service


For those who need a jump start or just don’t have the time they’d like to prepare their own meals, I offer a full meal preparation service. All meals are customized to everyone’s individual needs. 


$60/day 3 meals, 2 snacks

$15/individual meals
